Peru with its sacred valleys and beautiful Rain Forest is a perfect name for this kind and sweet girl. Around 2 years old, Peru has a sacred heart that loves deeply with a spirit of fun blended in. Peru is a mix of love, fun, happiness and a little bit of clown mixed all together. We believe she is mostly Pit Bull Terrier with maybe some Labrador and Bulldog mixed in between the lines. Whatever this girl is, she is lots of smiles everyday. He coat is dark and shiny and sleek as silk. Peru is fostered with several other foster dogs and has a great time interacting with them all. She gets a bit frustrated with the younger, leaner dogs that can out run her, but she has figured out the short cuts! Peru is interested in showing her family just how much you mean to her. She is all about giving hugs and sharing a few kisses. Given the chance she will sit right on your lap so you can't miss the opportunity to give her a rub down. She is ready to go on her walks everyday, but you might want to spell it because if you say the word, she is at the door in a second! In her foster home she is both crate and house trained and has good house manners. You will have a lot of fun working with and training Peru as she is eager to learn and very food motivated. A smart girl, she is primed for learning new tricks and more than just the basic commands. Peru will make you laugh with her playful spirit and zest for life. There is just not a bad day when you are around Peru. She takes life one good day at a time and makes it the best day of every moment. Taking her with you camping, hiking, and out in the community for walks are all great events for Peru. If you want a dog with a deep love for her family, a skip in her step, and a love for adventure, then this is the girl for you. If you are interesting in Peru, your first step is to apply to adopt on our website.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in their current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is completing the adoption application, available with our adoption process on our website at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
