This dapper young man is Armani! Armani is a sweet 1 year old Border Collie and Whippet mix. He came to Labs and More in rough shape and spent some time recovering in a foster home where he has finally gained some weight and is doing great. Armani has a jaw injury that cannot be fixed and he will need to be on a soft diet the rest of his life. He cannot open his jaw more than 2 inches. He is a bit of a messy eater and drinker, but it doesn't slow his appetite down. He is looking for a special family that doesn't mind cleaning up a bit of drool. Armani is friendly and happy in spite of his rocky beginnings. He is a shy boy that has come out of his shell thanks to his loving foster mom and young foster dog brother. He is house-trained and lets his foster mom know when he has to go outside. He is also crate trained and sleeps quietly in his crate all night. Armani likes bones and is interested in toys. He gets along with his foster dog siblings, both big and small dogs, and ignores the cat in his foster home. He loves rolling around wrestling with his foster dog brother and the two will play for hours together. Armani is a playful and affectionate boy that bonds closely to his person. We recommend a home without small children as he does like to nibble on people to get their attention. When he is happy, he prances. Armani is looking for a special family that understands his needs and will help him continue to open up and be a happy, young dog. Armani is available for home meets to the right family. If you are interested in meeting Armani in his foster home, talk to your adoption coach about this sweet boy today.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
