This wrinkly boy is Bentley! Bentley is about 1 year old. We think he is a Vizsla mix, maybe with some Shar Pei or Hound dog. He has cute floppy ears and wrinkles on his forehead. Bentley rides well in the car and loves his food and treats. He thinks Starbucks Puppacinos are the best rewards for good behavior. He is house trained, crate trained and knows some basic commands. Bentley is working on a few manners like not jumping up to give his people excited hugs, but he is very motivated to learn and eager to please. Sometimes he can be a bit too puppy like in play and mouthy when playing so his foster family is teaching him not to play too rough and that it’s okay to share toys. He is looking for a family that can continue his training and give him firm but gentle reminders on his manners. Bentley loves to play fetch and is great with both kids and other dogs. He would do better with dog savvy kids that don't mind getting knocked over every now and then though. No cats for this boy because the thinks they are too fun to chase! Bentley is an active young pup that would benefit from a yard he can run around in and an active family that can take him on plenty of walks, adventures, and trips to the dog park or dog beach. He loves water and even enjoys baths! He walks several miles a day and is improving with his leash skills. Bentley loves his people and acts as your shadow around the house. He would prefer a family where someone is home more often than not or a dog brother or sister to keep him company. He would be a great candidate for dog daycare as he plays well with other dogs and matches his play to theirs.
