Meet Leila! She is a 2 year old Boxer. Leila arrived at her foster home sad and scared, but by day 3 was happily romping around the yard like she owned the place. She is a nervous girl that will need a family ready to help her enjoy the good life. Leila is fostered with other dogs and does well with them, but isn't used to sharing food and needs to be fed separately. She gets along well with the boys but can be a bit bossy with the other female dogs in her home, so we recommend a forever home with a male dog but no females. The kids in her foster home are very dog-savvy and respectful, and Leila loves them. At night, she sleeps quietly in her crate and she is also crated when her foster mom leaves. Leila is housetrained and has some basic manners, but will need some continued basic training in her forever home, as well as regular exercise to positively channel her energy. Because she can be a bit nervous in new settings and with new people, she would thrive with a backyard where she can play and feel safe and comfortable. If you would like to meet Leila, your first step is submitting an adoption application on our website today.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
