Some dogs touch your heart in a big way and one of them is Jace! He is a beautiful yellow Labrador Retriever with just as big of a heart. He is loving life in his foster home and for the first time in his life, he is sleeping on a nice soft dog bed. Jace did not enjoy comforts of home in his first life but is finding out that they are pretty nice to have now. Jace is house trained and also does well in his crate. He has very good house manners and usually will find a rug to snuggle on as you do your thing. He takes treats ever so gently, he loves his meal times and is so happy to have learned about this thing called walks! Jace is good around other dogs and accepting of them in his foster home and out on walks. He is not much into playtime anymore but will run around the yard a few times for fun. At about 8 years of age Jace has slowed down a bit with a little stiffness in his legs, some wearing on his teeth and some clouding of his eyes. Anyone who knows the joys of owning a senior Labrador will find that Jace is the perfect boy to bring home. His foster is smitten with him and committed to finding Jace a loving, patient, and kind family who will treat him like royalty in his forever home. If you are interested in meeting Jace, your first step is to submit an online adoption application.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
