Meet Jeremy! He is a Cattle Dog mix, perhaps with Beagle. We think he is around 2 years old and he is a great size around 45 lbs. Jeremy is a very special boy. He is a shy guy that takes time to warm up, especially to men, and is looking for a patient and kind family that will give him space when he wants it and help him continue to open up. Jeremy is a mellow boy that is super cuddly and affectionate on his terms. He is easily startled so we think at this time he would do best in a home with older children or no children. Jeremy gets along well with other dogs. He would love a confident, gentle dog friend to help him feel more comfortable and teach him how to have fun. He gets along with cats but needs reminders not to chase them. With time, gentle correction, and careful introduction, we think Jeremy could live with a dog savvy cat. He is a gentle, sweet boy who responds well to correction. Jeremy had a rough start to life but it hasn't diminished his spirit. He has some spinal issues but can walk just fine. He will need a yard with soft grass or sand, no concrete, and probably a home with carpeted stairs, if any. This sweet boy loves a nice, soft dog bed. He is crate trained and it is his safe space. If you are interested in Jeremy and giving this boy a second chance at a happily ever after, submit an adoption application on our website!

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
