Austin is ready to meet his new family so he can celebrate the holidays! We think Austin is a Hound, Labrador and maybe even Husky mix and is in the 2 to 4 year old range. He is very unique looking with his pure white coat and black, brown, and gold markings. Austin is fostered with several other dogs and does just fine with them. He would be happy with or without dog siblings in his forever home. He has a playful personality at times but is also pretty calm and laid back compared to some of his more energetic dog friends. Austin is both house and crate trained in his current foster home. He has good house manners and will find a dog bed or a rug to lay on while you relax or work on your computer. He has not been around small children in his foster home but has been exposed to kids over 8 and did well. Austin takes treats nicely and is a great walking partner as he walks a step or two ahead and does not pull. Austin is non reactive meeting other dogs on leash as well. This sweet boy is the best of both worlds - playful with some spirit in him, yet calmer and easy going with a "let's just hang out" personality. If you are interested in meeting Austin, your first step is to submit an adoption application on our website.

This information is as up to date and accurate as possible for the dog in its current environment. All dogs and puppies will need time and training to adjust to their new surroundings and to learn the rules of their new home. If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, the first step is to complete the Adoption Form on our website at www.labsandmore.org and take some time to review our adoption process. Your adoption includes the spay or neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and other services provided while in our care. The safety and health of our puppies is priority one, so we only allow approved applicants to meet and handle puppies. Please understand everything we do is for the dogs and conducted by our kind and generous volunteers. We rely solely on donations, and we do not profit from a dog's adoption. Labs and More is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates on donations and time dedicated to this cause by volunteers. Your adoption will save the life of future dogs in need. Labs and More makes no guarantees regarding the behavior, breed, or age of the dogs in our care. Although we strive to provide necessary medical care to dogs in our care, we cannot predict future or current medical needs whether they were symptomatic or not at the time of adoption.
